For this you will be required to lie down straight on your tummy on the 45 degree incline with two dumbbells in your hands. Your back needs to be straight on the incline bench and do not try to arch your back while you are performing this exercise. You need or use your elbows to make row like action on each side of the bench. You need to make sure that you do not strain your neck muscles too much as that will create a lot of excess pressure on your back.
This is essentially a squat but with dumbbells in each hand. You need to take the weights that you are comfortable with and squat on the floor. Make sure your feet are straight on the ground and well grounded. Squat with the right amount of pressure so that you do not end up injuring yourself in the process.
1 and a half dumbbell pushups
This involves two types of motion. You will be required to put the dumbbells on the floor and take the handles in your arms. Now lie down in the pushup position. The first movement will involve you going half the way you would go for a full pushup and then come back. The next move would require you to do a full push up. Keep doing this alternately.
Swinging dumbbell turns
Take two dumbbells in each hand and stand with your ankles apart. Move your body forward from the chest while you swing the dumbbell backward. Keep doing this for a few sets.
